European Infrastructure for
Rydberg Quantum Computing

Università degli Studi di Padova

Professor Simone Montangero's research group at the University of Padova combines the knowledge of optimal control and quantum many-body simulations via tensor network methods with applications in quantum computing, lattice gauge theories, and condensed matter. Together with the other partners in the EuRyQa consortium, they aim at a successful framework for Rydberg systems targeting optimal control, bench-marks, classical emulators, and applications exploiting the possibilities of the Rydberg platform in the most beneficial way towards a quantum advantage.
